DELEGATES MAY BE 1ST VOTE UNBOUND?

....and so, Curly Haugland's uncurly head pops up once again. He's now saying that it's possible that delegates on the floor of the republican convention do not have to vote for Donald Trump on the first vote. The reason, because there's a provision, he says, in the rules that allows delegates to be unbound completely. Can you imagine what it will all be like if he finds this way to stop Trump?
