Ted Cruz talks about his failed bid for the Republican presidential nomination with radio talk show host Michael Berry. Cruz told Berry everyone responsible for the rise of Donald Trump, "they will bear that responsibility going forward."
"I'm going to focus, instead of looking backwards I am going to be focused on looking forward," Cruz said afterward in the radio interview broadcasted Thursday.
MICHAEL BERRY, HOST: Senator, you took to task several folks on FOX News and I think you were right to do so. You've never been one to whine throughout the course of the campaign. But do you think you were treated fairly, and in particular, by FOX News?
SEN. TED CRUZ: Well, listen, there is time for recriminations. And everyone who was responsible for the rise of Donald Trump, they will bear that responsibility going forward. But there were more than a few players who played more than a disproportionate amount in that drive.
And I'm going to focus, instead of looking backwards I am going to be focused on looking forward...
